우리들이 교회 다니는 것도 누군가의 도움으로 나오지 않았습니까?
If we are coming to church, it is because someone brought us.
우리들이 그랬듯이 우리들도 누군가에게 전도를 해야 합니다.
In the same manner, we must bring others and evangelize someone.
사람이 아프거나 병들면 병원에 가야합니다. 마찬가지로 모든 인간은 교회를 나와야 합니다.
When a person gets sick, he must go to the hospital.
교회도 인간들이 모이는 공동체다 보니 가끔은 이상한 사람, 마음에 안드는 사람들 있을 수 있습니다.
Likewise, everyone needs to come to church. Church is a place where human beings come together.
그러나 하나님께서는 여전히 불 완전한 그 교회를 통해서 구원의 역사를 일으키십니다.
As a result, you may encounter people that you do not get along with sometimes. God still works through imperfect churches. God still saves His people.
그러므로 우리 모두는 거룩하고 성령이 충만한 능력이 있는 교회를 사모하고 그렇게 만들어야 합니다.
Therefore, we must all love our church and build up the church to be holy. We must be filled with the Holy Spirit.
쓴 뿌리 생기지 않게하고, 작은 여우가 틈타지 않도록 성도들은 깨어서 기도해야 합니다.
We must stay alert and pray so that the root of bitterness does not grow in our church. We must catch little foxes.
구원의 방주가 돼야합니다. 교회는 세상의 소망이기 때문입니다.
Our church must be like the ark of salvation because the church is the hope of the world.
고려말, 공민왕때에 문익점이란 사람이 있습니다. 그 당시에는 추운 겨울이 되면 얼어 죽는 사람이 많아서 죽음의 겨울이라고 했습니다.
At the end of the Goryeo Dynasty, during the reign of King Gongmin, there was a man named Mun Ikjeom. At that time, many people froze to death in the cold winter. So, they called it the winter of death.
그 시절 문익점은 사신으로 중국의 원나라에 파견 됐습니다.
Mun Ikjeom was sent to the Yuan Dynasty of China as an envoy.
거기서 놀라운 사실을 하나 발견합니다. 날씨는 중국이 더 추운데 이상하게도 얼어 죽는 사람이 없었습니다.
There, he discovered a surprising fact. Although China was much colder, no one froze to death.
그 이유를 알아보니 우리나라 사람들은 베옷을 입고 사는데 그들은 목화를 재배해서 그것으로 따뜻한 솜옷을 입고 살았습니다.
Later, he found out that Koreans wore clothes made out of linen while the Chinese wore clothes made out of cotton.
그것을 알고 문익점은 나라와 백성을 위해서 목숨을 건 결심을 합니다.
Mun Ikjeom was determined to risk his life for his nation and countrymen.
자기 붓 뚜껑속에 목화 씨앗 3개를 몰래 감추고 국경을 넘었습니다.
He secretly hid three cotton seeds in the lid of his brush and crossed the border.
그리고 그 씨앗을 정성껏 심고 가꾸어서 목화를 재배했습니다. 그 결과 우리나라 사람들이 겨울을 따뜻하게 보낼 수 있었습니다.
Then, he planted the seeds and nurtured them well. At last, Koreans found a way to stay warm during the winter.
그렇습니다. 전도자의 영적 부요가 무엇입니까? 소명의식입니다.
That’s right. What enriches a spiritual person? It is one’s calling.
소명의식은 두가지인데 하나는 말씀을 통해서 얻어진 체험, 다시 말해서 회개하고 거듭나서 믿게되고, 의롭게 되고, 하나님의 자녀가 된 양자의 영을 받고 거룩해 지는 것입니다.
There are two kinds of calling. One is to taste the Word of God. In other words, it refers to one’s regeneration, after repenting of your sins, you are declared righteous through faith. Then, you are adopted as a child of God. Then, you are sanctified as the Holy Spirit indwells in you.
또 하나는 그 말씀은 영생하는 말씀이기에 말씀을 전파하며 살고자하는 일사각오 전도자가 되도록 부르심을 받았다는 생각이 있어야 그것이 영적부요입니다.
The other is to be aware that you have been called to be an evangelist. You are to spread out the Word of God with a conviction that the Word of God is living and active. This is what enriches our souls.
그렇습니다. 오늘 우리에게도 “Kingdom of God” 하나님의 나라와 교회를 위해서 복음을 전파하여 한 영혼을 살리는 목숨 거는 신앙이 필요합니다.
That’s right. Even today, we need a strong faith that is ready to risk our own lives to save one soul through the gospel for the Kingdom of God.
