그렇다면 여러분의 신앙성숙은 어느 정도 됩니까? 예수를 믿는 그리스도인이란, 본 어게인: 다시 태어나는 것을 말합니다.
So, how mature is your faith? A Christian who believes in Jesus is born again.
그리고 그다음이 생티피케이션: 성화입니다. 성화라는 과정을 통해서 성장해야 합니다.
After that comes sanctification, the process of spiritual growth.
내가 예수 믿은 지 얼마나 되는데, 지금 내가 얼마나 성장해 있느냐? 지금 내 수준이 어느 정도냐? 하는 것입니다.
How long have you believed in Jesus? How much have you grown? What is your current level of faith?
누구를 닮는다는 것이 아니라, 예수 그리스도를 닮아야 하는데, 그런데 지금 내 수준은 어느 정도 되느냐?하는 것입니다.
The goal is not to resemble another person but to become more like Jesus Christ. So, where do you stand now?
하나님의 말씀앞에 순종의 능력이 얼마나 되느냐? 하는 것입니다. 그것이 그리스도인의 성장 목표입니다.
How much power does obedience to God’s word hold in your life? That is the true mark of spiritual growth.
그렇습니다. 그리스도인들은 성장해야 합니다. 우리들은 변화돼야 합니다. 달라져야 합니다. 예수님 닮아가야 합니다.
Yes, Christians must grow. We must be transformed. We must change. We must become more like Jesus.
우리가 그 어떤 일을 할 때 하나님의 말씀을 믿고 살아야 합니다.
In everything we do, we must live by faith in God’s word.
때로는 내 지식이나 내 이성으로나 내 경험으로는 이해가 되지 않아도, 때로는 전혀 난센스와 같이 느껴 질 때가 있어도 하나님의 말씀이니까 나는 믿고 그대로 살겠습니다.
Even when we don’t understand it with our knowledge, reasoning, or experience—even when it seems completely nonsensical—we must say, “Because it is God’s word, I will believe and live by it.”
그럴 때 우리는 반드시 복의 근원이 될 줄로 믿습니다.
When we do this, we will surely become a source of blessing.
어느 날 예수님께서 가버나움 동네에 들렀을 때 왕의 신하의 아들이 병들어 죽게 되었습니다.
One day, when Jesus was passing through Capernaum, a centurion’s son was on the verge of death.
그 아버지가 예수님께 찾아와 간청합니다. ‘예수님 내 아들이 병들어 죽게 되었나이다 그러니 ‘주여 빨리 가셔서 내 아들 좀 고쳐 주옵소서’ 매달렸습니다.
The father came to Jesus and pleaded, “Lord, please come quickly and heal my son, for he is about to die!”
그 소리를 듣고 예수님께서 가만히 보니 그의 마음속에 간절한 믿음이 있었습니다. 그래서 ‘가라, 네 아들이 살아났느니라’
Hearing this, Jesus saw the deep desperation and faith in the man’s heart. So He said, “Go, your son will live.”
그 예수님의 말씀을 100% 믿고 집으로 돌아가는데 종들이 쫓아오면서 ‘주인님, 아들이 살아났나이다’
The man believed Jesus’ words 100% and set out for home. As he was on his way, his servants came running to meet him, saying, “Master, your son is alive!”
그렇습니다. 하나님의 말씀은 살았고 운동력이 있어서 그 말씀을 액면 그대로 믿으면 시공간을 초월해서 역사가 일어날 줄로 믿습니다.
Yes, God’s word is alive and active. When we take His word at face value and believe it fully, miracles happen beyond time and space.
그러므로 언제 어디서나 하나님의 말씀을 의심치 말고 100% 믿음으로 아브라함처럼 복의 근원이 되시기를 주님의 이름으로 축원합니다.
Therefore, wherever you are, never doubt God’s word. Believe it 100%, and like Abraham, become a source of blessing. I bless you in the name of the Lord.
